Kenyan accepts 2016 Norman Borlaug Award for Field Research and Application at World Food Prize Event in Iowa

Florida and ILRI start consultations on new ‘Feed the Future Innovation Lab for Livestock Systems’
The Feed the Future Innovation Lab for Livestock Systems, led by the University of Florida, is currently organizing a number of stakeholder consultation meetings to identify high-priority needs in the six countries it will cover (Burkina Faso, Cambodia, Ethiopia, Mali, Nepal, Rwanda). New Kenya value chains program to lift 300,000 plus households out of poverty

Highlights of a special ‘livestock evening’ at the Borlaug Symposium
On 15 Oct 2014, the day before World Food Day and the awarding of the World Food Prize and at the start of the Borlaug International Symposium in Des Moines, Iowa, a special session on livestock for development was held.
